Compact fueling platform with forklift spots for easy transport. Includes pump with bronze internals, Facet filter housing with differential pressure gauge, 0.5 micron element for unblended Jet-A, retractable grounding cable, inline digital meter, and 1” female drybreak.

Portable. Designed so all you have to do is plumb your supply tank, and you're ready to go. Great for operations involving multiple filling locations. With this fueling system, you don't need a pump at every location.

- 1-1/2” Flomax pump with GX-160 electric start 5.5HP Honda.
- Facet VF-22 housing with differential pressure gauge. Helps you know when your element is getting dirty.
- FG water-absorbing element, 0.5 micron, suitable for fuel without anti-icing/FSII.
- Spring retractable Cox reel, with 50’ of 1” hose.
- All hose used in assembly is hydrostatically tested and certified for aviation use.
- Spring retractable grounding cable reel.
- 1” inline digital meter.
- J71C 1” female dry break with 100 mesh strainer.
- Stainless fittings and camlocks.
- Camlock gaskets upgraded to Viton.
- Assembled with fuel-duty pipe thread sealant with Teflon.
- Flow rate up to 45GPM.

- Mounting holes in base plate for securing to ground or trailer.
Each system is pressure tested prior to shipping.
Facet filter provides 0.5 micron filtration, and is suitable for Jet-A with or without Prist anti-icing additive, depending on the element.
All hose used in the assembly is aviation fuel hose. It is certificated, and hydrostatically tested at the factory; the certificates are included.
All fittings are stainless steel to prevent corrosion when used outdoors. • Hose and camlocks used for easy removal to service pump.
Base measures 48” wide x 30” deep x 36” tall. Hand crank reel handles extend an extra 6” to the right of the base.
NOTE: Every effort is taken to ensure no contaminents get in the system during assembly. To ensure clean fuel, we recommend running several gallons of fuel through the system and disposing of it prior to filling the aircraft.
