Description
2” cast iron pump, steel 3-vane impeller and wear plate. Mounts to standard 3/4” keyway “Q” shaft engines, bearing pedestals, hydraulic pedestals or our Baldor motors. Features include:
- Viton elastomer seal with stainless spring
- Stainless impeller sleeve
- Up to 150GPM
- Max 12’ suction lift. A foot valve is recommended to help keep prime
- Internally bypassing at roughly 40PSI so it won’t blow a hose apart
- Priming plug to purge all air from pump bowl to ensure seal longevity
- Drain plug for easy winterization
- Removeable flanges to enable ease of removal in hard pipe installations
- Self-priming with suction flapper to maintain pump prime in most installations

- 1-year warranty on pump defects. Leaking seal, or damage due to misuse is not covered under warranty.
Cautions:
- Not for pumping gasoline, diesel, kerosene, aviation fuels, or any other combustible or flammable liquid. For pumps suitable for refueling, please see our fuel pump section of the website.
- Do not run pump dry. Wet seal pumps available under our DWS line.
- Pump suction must be the same size or larger than the discharge! If discharging 1-1/2”, you must use 1-1/2” or 2” suction. Failure to follow proper pipe sizing will result in cavitation, which will lead to pump failure and is not covered under warranty.

200GP-5.5H: 2” cast iron pump with GX-160 recoil start Honda, mounted on a base plate. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly.
200GP-5.5H-ES: 2” cast iron pump with GX-160 electric start Honda with recoil backup, mounted on a base plate. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly.
200GP-6.5H: 2” cast iron pump with GX-200 recoil start Honda, mounted on a base plate. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly. Extra horsepower helps when pumping heavier liquid, when using longer discharge, or when bottom filling and fighting head pressure.
200GP-6.5H-ES: 2” cast iron pump with GX-200 electric start Honda with recoil backup, mounted on a base plate. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly. Extra horsepower helps when pumping heavier liquid, when using longer discharge, or when bottom filling and fighting head pressure.
200GP-51: 2” cast iron pump with 5HP 1PH 208-230VAC Baldor TEFC electric motor, mounted on a base plate. Motor is single speed, and rotates at 3,450RPM. To “slow down” pumping, you may slightly close/throttle back the discharge valve. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly.

200GP-HP: 2” cast iron pump with .45 cubic inch hydraulic motor pedestal with flow control. Hydraulic motor has a max of 12GPM and 1,850PSI of hydraulic oil. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly.
200GP-BP: 2” cast iron pump with 3/4” shaft bearing pedestal for use with LoveJoys, Woods couplings, or pulley system. Pedestal ends in a bare shaft and does not include LoveJoy, Woods coupling, or pulley. Stainless fasteners and quality anti-seize used in assembly.
